ParkPod's Mission: Providing Missing Elements for the Electric Car Infrastructure
We founded ParkPod in 2008 with the conviction that it takes rapid deployment of a near-ubiquitous infrastructure to give broad market acceptance of electric cars a real chance. This means already existing infrastructure elements (e.g. electric energy grids, parking lots) should be utilized to the highest degree possible in building a well functioning re-charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. Providing all missing elements is our job.

Our leadership team brings decades of experience in customer-centric, cross-industry technology development and manufacturing, comprising electrical engineering, software and automotive engineering. Long before the company's foundation, our founders and owners have successfully provided products, systems and services to international industry leaders like EnBW, E.On, Siemens, Daimler, Porsche, GM and Microsoft. Our sibling company, inotech GmbH, Karlsruhe, Germany is the global market leader in testing and calibration systems for gas water and heating meters. inotech GmbH today delivers predominantly to energy utilities, grid operators and meter manufacturers.
